Product Description P/N: IS200DRLYH1A
Description
The IS200DRLYH1A is a Simplex Relay Output terminal board manufactured by GE for the Mark VI system, one of the last Speedtronic management systems for gas or steam turbines. The Mark VI system serves as an integrated protection, control, and monitoring system for mechanical driver and generator applications of steam and gas turbines, as well as a platform for integrating power island and balance-of-plant controls. The IS200DRLYH1A features twelve form-C dry contact output relays and connects to the VTUR, VCRC, or VCC processor board via a single cable. It does not support TMR applications but can be connected to other boards for a total of twenty-four contact outputs. The board is available in two versions: H1A and H1B, with the H1A version boasting higher-powered relay contacts. The IS200DRLYH1A is equipped with terminal strips on both long edges, each with 36 screw connections, and includes LEDs corresponding to each relay to indicate voltage across the coil. The board lacks on-board suppression, relay state monitoring, and solenoid source power, measuring 8.5 inches in length and 8.1 inches in width.

Information About IS200DRLYH1A
The IS200DRLYH1A is a Simplex Relay Output terminal board produced by General Electric (GE) specifically for integration within the Mark VI system. The Mark VI system, one of the final iterations of GE's Speedtronic management systems for gas or steam turbines, functions as a comprehensive solution for the protection, control, and monitoring of mechanical driver and generator applications within steam and gas turbines. Moreover, it serves as a versatile platform for the amalgamation of power island and balance-of-plant controls.
This terminal board interfaces with the Mark VI system, linking to the VTUR, VCRC, or VCC processor board through a singular cable connection. It is designed as a simplex board, thereby precluding support for Triple Modular Redundancy (TMR) applications. However, the integration of two DRLY boards with the aforementioned processor boards facilitates the expansion of contact outputs to a total of twenty-four. Notably, two variations of this board exist, distinguished as H1A and H1B, with the former boasting enhanced relay contacts.
Physically, the IS200DRLYH1A is configured with terminal strips spanning the entirety of both elongated edges of the board. Each edge accommodates 36 screw connections, facilitating robust connectivity. Positioned at the center of the board are the aforementioned relays and cable connector. Despite its functional capabilities, the board lacks built-in suppression and relay state monitoring features. Furthermore, it does not provide solenoid source power. However, to aid in operational visibility, each relay is accompanied by a corresponding Light Emitting Diode (LED) indicator, facilitating the visualization of voltage across the coil.
