The General Electric IS200LSGIH1A serves as a Static Starter Control Gating Interface, offering bridge instantaneous overcurrent protection independently of the controller. Acting as an interface between the UCSB (Universal Version B Standalone Controller) and various components, including power conversion bridges, analog outputs, pretrigger contact inputs, and analog input cooling returns, it plays a crucial role in safeguarding the unit from damage in the event of instantaneous overcurrent occurrences. 

The IS200LSGIH1A coordinates with three FGPA boards to regulate the six thyristors on each bridge. Powered by a 28 V DC supply from the main power source, the IS200LSGIH1A distributes power throughout the control cabinet, supporting not only its own operation but also that of the UCSB controller, LSTB board, and the 8-port switch. Moreover, it transfers ±24 VDC from the main power supply to the FCSA, which, in turn, powers the LEMs.

Serving as an interface between the UCSB (Universal Version B Standalone Controller) and various components, including power conversion bridges, analog outputs, contact input of pretrigger, and analog input cooling returns, this board plays a crucial role in safeguarding the system against overcurrent events. 

In the event of an instantaneous overcurrent occurrence, the IS200LSGIH1A has the capability to open the 52SS and cut off input power from the bridges promptly, thus preventing damage to the equipment. To achieve this, the LSGI collaborates with three FGPA boards to effectively control the six thyristors on each bridge. 

Powered by a 28 V DC supply from the main power source, the IS200LSGIH1A can efficiently distribute power throughout the control cabinet. This power not only energizes the LSGI board but also provides power to other components such as the UCSB controller, LSTB board, and the 8-port switch. 

Moreover, the IS200LSGIH1A facilitates the transfer of ±24 VDC from the main power supply to the FCSA (Field Control Signal Amplifier), which in turn powers the LEMs (Local Equipment Modules). Signal transmission from the FCSA to the LSGI is facilitated via a copper wire connected to a 12-pin plug housed on the LSGI.
