Product Description P/N: IS200TBCIH2C
Description
The IS200TBCIH2C is a terminal board manufactured by GE, designed for use in the Mark VI system, part of the 'Speedtronic' line of gas/steam turbine management systems. It serves as a Contact Input Group Isolation (TBCI) terminal board, featuring two terminal blocks (TB1/TB2) with 24 screw connections each, accommodating up to #12 AWG wires. The board includes three DC-37 (female) cable connectors labeled JT1/JS1/JR1, along with plug connectors JE1/JE2 for power input. The board is encased in a metal frame with a shield terminal strip/bar.
Equipped with filters to reduce high-frequency noise and suppress surge on each input, the IS200TBCIH2C utilizes a pair of terminal points for each input, with one screw providing the positive dc source and the second point providing the return to the board. The first 21 inputs support a current loading of 2.5 mA per point, while the last three inputs have a 10 mA load. The board does not feature configurable hardware settings or jumpers.

Information About IS200TBCIH2C
The IS200TBCIH2C, a conduction sensor board, is a component manufactured by GE. Designed as a terminal board for the Mark VI system, it forms a crucial part of the 'Speedtronic' line, which GE initiated in the 1960s with the MKI and continued through the 1990s with the MKVI and MKVIe.
Functionally, the IS200TBCIH2C serves as a Contact Input Group Isolation (TBCI) terminal board, featuring two terminal blocks (TB1/TB2) and three cable connectors (JT1/JS1/JR1). Each terminal block hosts 24 screw connections, capable of accommodating up to 12 contacts each with wiring of up to #12 AWG. These barrier-type terminal blocks facilitate easy maintenance by allowing disconnection from the board. The cable connectors are DC-37 (female) connectors with latching fasteners, while power input is facilitated through two plug connectors labeled JE1/JE2. The board is enclosed within a metal frame featuring a shield terminal strip/bar.
To ensure operational integrity, the IS200TBCIH2C incorporates filters that mitigate high-frequency noise and suppress surge on each input. Each input utilizes a pair of terminal points, with one screw serving as the positive dc source and the other as the return to the board. The current loading is 2.5 mA per point for the first 21 inputs, while the last three inputs have a 10 mA load. Notably, the board lacks hardware settings or jumpers.
