Information About IS200TRLYH1C
The IS200TRLYH1C is a Relay Output terminal board with Contact Sensing. The board has twelve plug-in magnetic relays, which fall into three distinct categories:
Relays one through six are Form-C contact outputs. These drive external solenoids
Relays seven through eleven are also Form-C contacts. However, these are unpowered.
Relay twelve is an isolated Form-C contact with a non-fused power supply. This relay is used for ignition transformers.
The IS200TRLYH1C is built with four female cable connectors. These connectors are labeled JA1/JR1/JS1/JT1. Connectors are used to connect to the VCCC or VCRC board, which are also known as Contact Input/Relay Output Boards. When the TRLY model is used with the VCCC board, two are required to come up with a total of 24 relays. There are four female plug connectors on the board for the connection of solenoid power. The board has twelve fuses placed on the board in two lines of six. The board also has MOVs (metal oxide varistors) to aid with surge suppression.
The IS200TRLYH1C is notched in two corners. The board has several factory-made drill marks located at several locations within the body of the board. Other components on the board surface include resistors, diodes, and jumper switches.
The TRLY model can be used in two systems, Triple Modular Redundant (TMR) or Simplex. When the model is being used in a Simplex system the cable will carry all of the associated control signals, as well as monitor feedback voltages between the TRLY model and the VCCC board through the JA1 connection.
