Product Description P/N: IS200TRLYH1F
Description
The IS200TRLYH1F, manufactured by GE for the Mark VI system, serves as a Relay Output terminal board with TMR contact voting. As part of GE's Speedtronic systems for gas/steam turbine management, the Mark VI is specifically engineered to facilitate the transition of turbines from zero speed to operating speed through the automatic sequencing of control signals, notably employing acceleration control for smooth turbine acceleration.
Featuring twelve sealed relays in each TMR section, totaling thirty-six relays on the board, the IS200TRLYH1F forms voted Form-A (NO) contacts by combining the contacts from R/S/T. Designed to accept 24/125 V dc or 115 V ac power, this board does not support simplex applications and lacks power distribution, although it can accommodate an optional power distribution board (IS200WPDFH1A).
Control of the IS200TRLYH1F is managed by the VGEN, VCRC, or VCCC board. Equipped with thirty-six sealed relays, two terminal boards (TB1 and TB2), three DC-37 pin connectors (JR1/JS1/JT1), and two DC-64 pin connectors (J1 and J2) for optional power distribution daughterboards, relay drivers mounted on the board drive relays at the necessary frame rate.

Information About IS200TRLYH1F
The IS200TRLYH1F is a board component manufactured by GE for the Mark VI system. The MKVI, one of the last of GE’s Speedtronic systems for gas/steam turbine management, is designed to bring the turbine from zero speed to operating speed through automatic sequencing of control signals. A primary part of this is acceleration control, which allows the turbine smooth acceleration from that zero point to synchronous speed.
The IS200TRLYH1F is a Relay Output terminal board with TMR contact voting. The board features twelve sealed relays in each TMR section, totaling thirty-six relays on the board. The contacts from R/S/T combine to form a voted Form-A (NO) contact. The board accepts 24/125 V dc or 115 V ac power. It's noteworthy that this board does not support simplex applications. Also, the board does not have power distribution but can have an optional power distribution board (IS200WPDFH1A) added.
Control of the IS200TRLYH1F is facilitated by the VGEN, VCRC, or VCCC board. It is populated by thirty-six sealed relays (as previously mentioned,) two terminal boards (TB1 and TB2,) three DC-37 pin connectors (JR1/JS1/JT1,) and two DC-64 pin connectors (J1 and J2,) which both connect to optional power distribution daughterboards. Relay drivers mounted on the board drive relays at the necessary frame rate.
