Description
The IS5100-10 is an In-Sight Vision System requiring In-Sight firmware version 2.80.01 PR1 or higher. The system, with lens installed, measures 83.3mm x 123.2mm x 61.4mm and 43.5mm x 123.2mm x 61.4mm without the lens cover. It requires a 24VDC power supply with a minimum continuous current of 600 mA, maximum short circuit current of 8A, and a power rating below 100VA. The power source must be UL or NRTL listed and marked as Class 2 or Limited Power Source (LPS).

The IS5100-10 In-Sight Vision System is a precision imaging device requiring a minimum firmware version of In-Sight 2.80.01 PR1. It features a 1/3-inch CCD sensor with a resolution of 640x480 pixels and operates at 256 grey levels (8 bits/pixel) with an image acquisition rate of 60 full frames per second.
With the lens installed, the device measures 83.3 mm x 123.2 mm x 61.4 mm (3.28 in x 4.85 in x 2.42 in). When the lens cover is removed, the dimensions are reduced to 43.5 mm x 123.2 mm x 61.4 mm (1.71 in x 4.85 in x 2.42 in), including the thread guard.
The IS5100-10 requires a 24VDC power supply capable of providing a continuous current of at least 600 mA. The power supply must have a maximum short circuit current rating of less than 8A, a maximum power rating of less than 100 VA, and be classified as Class 2 or Limited Power Source (LPS). It must also be UL or NRTL listed.
