IS5100-10 - In-Sight Vision System "The minimum firmware requirement for the IS5100-10 is In-Sight version 2.80.01 PR1. With the lens installed, the dimensions are 83.3mm (3.28in) x 123.2mm (4.85in) x 61.4mm (2.42in). Without the lens cover installed, the dimensions are 43.5mm (1.71in) x 123.2mm (4.85in) x 61.4mm (2.42in) including the thread guard. Before you install the IS5100-10, consider that the device must be supplied with a 24VDC output rated for at least 600 mA continuous and a maximum short circuit current rating of less than 8A and a maximum power rating of less than 100VA and marked Class 2 or Limited Power Source (LPS). The power source must be UL or NRTL listed. To install the IS5100-10, you must install the lens, connect the Ethernet cable, connect the breakout cable, install the In-Sight Explorer software on a networked laptop, or other device, and log on to the Vision System. The IS5100-10 contains 32MB non-volatile flash memory and unlimited storage through a remote network device. The image processing is 64 MB. The resolution is 640x480. The sensor is ⅓-inch CCD. The weight is 350 g (12.3 oz.) with the lens cover installed and without the lens. The IS5100-10 is surrounded in a die-cast aluminum housing. The image acquisition of the In-Sight IS5100-10 Vision System is 256 grey levels (8 bits/pixel) at 60 full frames per second.
