Information About JDL36175
The PowerPacT J-Frame circuit breakers, such as the JDL36175, are engineered to safeguard electrical systems from potential damage due to overloads and short circuits. These breakers are available with either thermal magnetic or MicroLogic electronic trip protection units. The JDL36175 specifically provides thermal magnetic circuit protection, offering a robust breaking capacity of 14kA at 600VAC.
All PowerPacT J-Frame circuit breakers feature dual-break rotating contacts that effectively minimize peak current levels during short circuit faults. Additionally, each breaker is equipped with an integral push-to-trip button located on the cover, facilitating manual operation to trip the circuit when necessary.
These circuit breakers are versatile, available in both 2 and 3-pole unit mount configurations as well as I-Line constructions. The JDL36175 model is equipped with lugs on both the line and load sides for secure electrical connections.
