KYPDACGP1 is a replacement graphical keypad that is manufactured by GE for the AF-600 series. A keypad is included with drives of all horsepower ratings. Therefore, this keypad replacement is applicable to all drives in this series. The keypad has an LCD display with 6 alpha-numeric lines. This unit supports multiple languages. There is a CopyCat feature on this keypad, and it has a remote mount option for user convenience. When remote mounted on an enclosure, this keypad is IP65 rated. When the keypad LED is green, the drive is on. When the keypad LED is yellow, a warning is present. When the keypad LED is red, there is an alarm on the drive. When the keypad LED is amber, there are active menu and H-O-A keys.
The status key on the keypad shows the status of the drive. The quick menu key enters quick start, parameter data check, or trending modes. The main menu key is used for programming all drive parameters. The alarm log key displays the alarm list. The back key reverts to a previous layer in the parameter structure. The cancel key cancels the last command or change on the drive. The infor key displays information about a function, parameter, or command in any display. The hand/off/auto key is used to control the drive locally or put the drive in remote mode. The reset key resets warnings and alarms. There are two levels of password protection on the drive via the keypad. Up to 4 separate complete parameter set-ups are available for the motor. The graphical trending can show speed, power, or frequency.
