Information About MN-S3
Barber Colman (Schneider Electric) MN-S3 is a digital wall temperature sensor consisting of three buttons for single set point adjustment and override. The setpoint values, alarm, and diagnostics can be viewed on its Digital LCD.
The MN-S Series are digital wall sensors for monitoring room temperature/humidity conditions. Operational settings can be adjusted and room temperature measurements are sent to the controller by the S-Link. The S-Link serves as the communication tool of the device, it consist of a two-wire interface for power and exchange of sensor and subbase information such as occupancy override, fan speed, operating mode, or emergency heat. These sensors are used together with TAC I/A Series MicroNet controllers.
The sensor feature a high-quality humidity sensing element with excellent resistance to contamination and condensation. Operating modes can be interchanged. Accessible pushbuttons for overrides. There is no need to calibrate from time to time for it has self-compensating temperature conversions.
