The controller operates from a 22–26 volt alternating current supply and incorporates an internal temperature sensor while also supporting selectable external 3.3-kilohm or 10-kilohm temperature sensors. It is compatible with proportional heating and cooling equipment through four 0–10 volt direct current analog outputs and provides an additional 0 or 22 volt direct current time proportional modulation output rated at 250 milliamperes maximum. Configurable proportional band, night setback, minimum and maximum setpoints, Fahrenheit or Celsius display, and lockable configuration functions allow the unit to be adapted to different room and variable air volume control applications.
