The PFXGP4402WADW is a 7-inch widescreen human-machine interface (HMI) from Pro-face's GP4000 series. It features a TFT color LCD display with a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels and supports up to 64,536 colors. The touchscreen is resistive, offering precise interaction, and is backlit by a white LED. This model includes USB storage functionality and can display MAC addresses, catering to diverse industrial needs.

Unlike some models in the GP4000 series, the PFXGP4402WADW does not have separate SRAM backup memory. Instead, it utilizes part of its internal memory for storing alarm history and data files even when powered off. It should be noted that this HMI does not support 2-point touch; if touched simultaneously in two locations, it calculates the midpoint of these touches.

To maintain optimal operating temperature, the PFXGP4402WADW relies on air cooling and does not incorporate an internal fan. Proper installation orientation and adequate gaps between equipment are crucial to ensure sufficient ventilation.
