Information About QY10
The QY10 output module is a relay output module for the Mitsubishi MELSEC Q series components. It has 16 AC/DC digital relay-type outputs that share a common characteristic. Its rated switching voltage per output point is 24 VDC for a resistive load and 240 volts AC, and it is rated switching current per output point is 2 amps for both resistive loads and cos=1. Additionally, 8 amps of rated switching current per common is supported. The minimum switching load supported by the QY10 relay output module is 5 volts DC and 1 milliamp (mA) rated current; the maximum supported switching load is 264 volts AC or 125 volts DC. The output module has response times of 10 milliseconds or less from OFF to ON and 12 milliseconds or less from ON to OFF. The QY10 relay output module has a mechanical lifetime rating of at least 20 million cycles, and its electrical lifetime ratings include a switching voltage and current discharge of at least 1000 cycles. It is rated for a maximal switching frequency of 3600 times per hour. The QY10 output relay module does not include a fuse or surge suppressor. The insulation resistance rating is at least 10 megohms. This QY10 relay output module is protected by IP1X standards. When all outputs are powered ON, the QY10 relay output module consumes 430 milliamps of current at 5 volts DC. When the QY10 output module is powered on, a red LED indicator illuminates. Screw connections are used for simple wiring, and DIN rail mounting is available as an installation option. Besides, this device is suitable for a variety of environmental conditions.
