The S20-LK1 keypad is a local keypad, which is mounted directly onto the SP200 system for operation and adjustments. This differs from the two other kinds of SP200 keypads, which are the S20-RK1 remote keypad and the S20-CK1 CopyCat keypad. The remote keypad is used for when the user needs permanent flush mounting of a keypad and the CopyCat keypad is for when the user needs to set up multiple drives using the same parameters quickly. Be sure to choose the correct keypad for your intended use.
The S20-LK1 keypad has a 4 character LED display screen. This display screen is tasked with showing the user relevant parameter and display values. There are a total of six buttons on the S20-LK1 keypad. These buttons are very large and easy to read. Two of these buttons are used to control the power of the device, two are used to cycle between different selections on the display (up and down arrows), one is labeled as the “PROG” button, and one is an enter button. Below the buttons, you will see two LED status indicators that are labeled as “RUN” and “PROGRAM.”
