Description
The S29387 is a Circuit Breaker Accessory designed for use with PowerPacT H/J/L series circuit breakers. These circuit breakers are engineered to safeguard electrical systems against damage due to overloads and short circuits. The H- and J-frame variants are equipped with either thermal-magnetic or Micrologic™ electronic trip units, while the L-frame models exclusively feature Micrologic electronic trip units. The Shunt Trip (MX) accessory functions by tripping the circuit breaker when the control voltage exceeds 70% of its rated voltage. It accepts impulse type signals with a duration of at least 20 milliseconds or maintained control signals. AC shunt trips are suitable for ground-fault protection when paired with a Class I ground-fault sensing element.
