The compressor kit is a positive displacement pump that compresses the refrigerant in the sealed system of a refrigerator.

How to install this part
1. Unplug the refrigerator from the wall outlet.
2. Remove the back panel of the refrigerator to access the compressor.
3. Disconnect all wires connected to the old compressor and remove it from its mounting bracket.
4. Place the new compressor in its mounting bracket and reconnect all wires to it. Make sure that all connections are secure and tight.
5. Plug in the refrigerator and turn it on to test if the new compressor is working properly.
6. Replace the back panel of the refrigerator and plug it back into the wall outlet
